Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Canada (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping (2-8 business days): FREE on orders $50 CAD and over
- Standard Shipping (2-8 business days): $12.00 CAD on orders under $50 CAD
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $20.00 CAD

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at hello@happypapercompany.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date
Incorrect address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
